Dr. K. Winters, Ph.D., LCPC, ACS, CCTP-II

Trauma Professional-Approved Supervisor

Being in practice for over a decade, I have experience counseling adults, adolescents, individuals, families, and couples, presenting with issues related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-injury, process addictions, obsessive and compulsive disorders, relationship concerns, and co-occurring addiction concerns. I have dedicated my career to working with, researching, and treating, a variety of populations, and cultures including veterans. My work focuses on mentoring and fostering growth in everyone to overcome life's trials.
I work with several populations and cultures on a multitude of concerns. I utilize CBT and DBT skill sets to help reach your goals. My approach is client-centered and is a collaborative effort with you in the driver's seat. I am a certified Trauma Specialist, and an Approved Clinical Supervisor, and hold a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Though your concerns may be difficult to overcome, It is never impossible. With the right motivation and guidance, you will be stronger and more equipped to handle life's twists and turns. It is my goal to help you make long-lasting changes to reach your goals and discover your authentic self.

A Healing Approach

Gratitude, my name is Adriana and I am a therapist who values the importance of returning to self. I believe that weaving our cultural, physical, spiritual, and communal spaces is essential to healing. I am passionate about working with clients who are struggling with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, life adjustments/ transitions, and feeding and eating disorders. 

I value independence, interpersonal relationships, strength healing, social justice, and identity development. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients in order to foster growth, meet goals, and promote healing. I incorporate techniques grounded in CBT, ACT, attachment, somatic, trauma-focused, and mindfulness-based. My hope is to provide a space built on safety in order to help clients find healing and a return to self. I look forward to working with you. 

Daija O'Banion, LPC

Hello! I’m Daija, a therapist who values the connection with her clients and uses the therapeutic relationship as a foundation to promote growth throughout sessions. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach and take pride in accounting for diversity, inclusion, and intersectionality to help clients find, accept, and embrace their authentic selves. I am certified in trauma-informed care and I am passionate about working with clients from a variety of different backgrounds with various presenting concerns, such as depression, anxiety, adjustment, family and relationship stressors, disordered eating, grief, and mood dysregulation. I often use integrative therapeutic interventions such as CBT, ACT, SFT, multicultural, and trauma-informed therapy approaches. I hope that together we can work on creating a framework for you to heal, grow, and thrive in each area of your life.

Corinne Morgan, LPC

I am committed to partnering with my clients to create plans of action that will result in more positive, lasting outcomes. I believe that clients are the experts of their experiences, and my job is to support them in their journey of finding and nurturing their inner strength. I have experience with clients of diverse backgrounds, struggling with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life adjustments, OCD, and stress. 

I have worked in a myriad of settings, including nursing homes and schools, and have found from my journey that everyone is unique in their needs and in the treatment that works best for them. I utilize techniques from CBT, ACT, Mindfulness Based, Trauma Focused, and Family Systems theories, among others, to meet the needs of a wide range of clients.

Meisha Searcy, LPC

Mindful Yielding

My name is Meisha and I am a pre-licensed, master’s level therapist who is committed to meeting my clients where they are in their journeys. I want to help my clients understand how our past and present influence our future. I use an integrative approach to encourage my clients slow down in this fast paced world, and gain control of their futures by addressing and challenging dysfunctional thoughts and behaviors. I utilize techniques and interventions based on CBT and mindfulness. I have experience in counseling adults presenting with issues related to anxiety, depression, life transitions and adjustments, relationships and family systems. I also have a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology, with a focus on workforce training and development and organizational leadership. I hope that we can partner and create a safe, non-judgmental space that promotes growth so that you can surrender to the process and invest in your mental wellness.

Balanced Being

My name is Jenna, I am a clinical mental health counselor and certified Pilates instructor. I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey towards holistic well-being and personal growth. I provide compassionate and evidence-based therapy to help clients navigate through life's challenges. 

     The experience I have developed since my time working with clients has been depression, anxiety, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders, neurodivergence, play therapy, couples counseling, family issues, self-esteem, and abuse.My approach to counseling is integrative, recognizing the unique needs and strengths of each individual. Techniques that I utilize include CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness based. I create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I believe in empowering clients to tap into their inner resources and strengths, guiding them to discover the tools they need to navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. I am deeply invested in the growth and healing of my clients in their journey towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.

We are excited to announce that we will soon be welcoming new clinicians to our mental health practice. Our new clinicians will be experienced professionals with expertise in a variety of areas, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and family therapy. They will bring with them an open-minded, compassionate approach to helping our clients reach their treatment goals. Our new clinicians will be available for telehealth appointments, making it easier than ever to access the care you need. We are confident that our new clinicians will be a valuable addition to our team, and we look forward to introducing them to our community soon.
