Being in practice for over a decade, I have experience counseling adults, adolescents, individuals, families, and couples, presenting with issues related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-injury, process addictions, obsessive and compulsive disorders, relationship concerns, and co-occurring addiction concerns. I have dedicated my career to working with, researching, and treating, a variety of populations, and cultures including veterans. My work focuses on mentoring and fostering growth in everyone to overcome life's trials.
I work with several populations and cultures on a multitude of concerns. I utilize CBT and DBT skill sets to help reach your goals. My approach is client-centered and is a collaborative effort with you in the driver's seat. I am a certified Trauma Specialist, and an Approved Clinical Supervisor, and hold a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Though your concerns may be difficult to overcome, It is never impossible. With the right motivation and guidance, you will be stronger and more equipped to handle life's twists and turns. It is my goal to help you make long-lasting changes to reach your goals and discover your authentic self.

I have worked in a myriad of settings, including nursing homes and schools, and have found from my journey that everyone is unique in their needs and in the treatment that works best for them. I utilize techniques from CBT, ACT, Mindfulness Based, Trauma Focused, and Family Systems theories, among others, to meet the needs of a wide range of clients.
