Collective Valor

Collective Valor was founded on the principle that everyone should feel as though they are unique and a part of normality. Each of us has a unique experience and identity. We are part of a collective that has normative behaviors, languages, and concerns. Many of us have multiple collective groups that intersect with our identity development. As we navigate these collective cultural groups in the professional work environment, society, research, and educational environment, it is important that we get the information correct.

 

Collective Valor is a Black and Woman-owned counseling and consultation group that aids those who work with diverse populations. Collective Valor helps develop diverse, equitable, and inclusive organizations and individual practices.
